About the NASW-NJ Annual Conference

The NASW-NJ Annual Conference is the must-attend event of the year for new jersey's social workers. The conference brings together hundreds of participants from across new jersey and nationwide for 3 days of learning, laughter, and networking. With dynamic keynote speakers, cutting-edge workshops, and engaging special presentations, attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 23 continuing education credits during the event.

The 2026 NASW-NJ Annual Conference, took place on April 26–28, 2026, in Atlantic City at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

This year’s theme was, Bridging the Gap, Building the Future: A Call for Social Work Action. It centered on the essential role social workers play in connecting people to resources, communities to solutions, and today’s challenges to tomorrow’s progress.
